Return and Exchange and International Shipping Policy
*We reserve the right to refuse sales to any person for any reason to protect our shop*
All returns must be sent back in the original condition in which it was received.
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer unless it was a mistake from the shop in fulfilling the order, in which case we will reimburse the shipping. Crunchy Rosie is only responsible for reimbursing First Class shipping rates for an item under a pound. Should the customer choose to ship an item back for Priority Mail rates or higher, the difference will not be reimbursed.
Returns can be sent to: 1849 Lenawee Loop. Ste 201 Trinity, FL 34655 and MUST have the order number inside the package.
Please allow 3-5 business days once the item is received to have it restocked, and your reimbursement processed in our system.
Sales on Gently Used products are final. No returns or exchanges can be made.
Customer has 14 days to place a return.
All exchanges must be returned in the condition they were originally received.

Please allow 3-5 business days once the item arrives back at the shop for restocking, inventory adjustment, and shipping of the new item.

Crunchy Rosie is happy to ship internationally to customers though it is not responsible for the condition in which a package arrives to the customer once it leaves the U.S. i.e. damaged or missing items. Customer agrees to wave our responsibility upon purchase. (Since this gets sticky with customs)
Free shipping threshold does not apply for orders sent outside of the U.S.
There are no returns or exchanges on internationally shipped orders.
